It has that simple saddle-inspired silhouette, classic Monogram canvas, an adjustable vachetta strap and the signature brass ring detail at the front.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"auto\"\u003eThis \u003cstrong\u003e1989 Saint Cloud MM\u003c\/strong\u003e is in great vintage condition. The Monogram canvas is strong and beautifully preserved, the adjustable leather strap remains strong, and most importantly, the leather side tabs are secure.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"auto\"\u003eThe main interior is clean and completely usable. Like many Saint Clouds from this era, the coated linings of the \u003cstrong\u003erear exterior pocket and interior zipper pocket show significant age-related wear\u003c\/strong\u003e. Both have been cleaned and are completely usable, but cosmetically they do not look perfect. The Monogram has that older, richer look, the vachetta has developed naturally over time, and the brass ring on the front gives it just enough detail.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"auto\"\u003eI also think the MM is the sweet spot in this style. You get a proper everyday crossbody without it feeling bulky.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"auto\"\u003eAnd with these older Saint Clouds, I would much rather see \u003cstrong\u003estrong canvas, strong side tabs and a solid strap\u003c\/strong\u003e with imperfect pockets than the other way around.
